“It seems to me that the good life is not any fixed state. […] The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” - Carl Rogers

My Approach

I strongly believe that effective therapy should be practical, individualized, and ultimately beneficial for each client. In my therapeutic approach, I strive to cultivate a warm, nonjudgmental, and empathetic atmosphere, where therapeutic communication is built upon collaboration, kindness, and authenticity. Drawing from a range of evidence-based practices rooted in compassion and holistic considerations, I ensure that treatment remains a flexible process, continuously tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. With extensive experience addressing a wide array of concerns within diverse populations, I am dedicated to providing culturally-competent and trauma-informed care. In working with clients, I adopt a strength-based perspective, aiming to highlight and nurture existing resilience factors.

The foundation of effective therapy is a strong connection between the therapist and the client. If you want to learn more about how I work, my training, or my methods, please schedule a free consultation call to discuss with me directly.
